This vision governs his chiropractic philosophy, wherein he believes that the body has the ability to heal itself. When meeting with a patient, Dr. Kampfe desires to discover and address the root issue of the patient’s problem and stimulate the spine in order to help each patient receive healing and maintain optimal health.
Some of the techniques used by Dr. Kampfe include: Cognitive Manipulative Reflex Technique (CMRT), Graston, Kinesio Tape, and Applied Kinesiology. Because each individual is unique, he listens to each patient's concerns and asks questions so that a unique care plan can be designed and implemented specifically for that individual. Dr. Kampfe also desires to educate his patients to listen to their bodies and to teach them new information that may benefit their health.
In addition to chiropractic medicine, Dr. Kampfe is also licensed to perform Dynamic Functional Movement patterns, which are designed to specifically connect the brain and muscles to respond appropriately to the activity in which they are trying to perform. Dr. Kampfe is also able to provide evaluation of work-related activities and assessment of how each task is performed, with the goal of preventing further injury while also correcting any current postural or procedural abnormalities.
