Neutralizing Drink Recipe


Morning Am:
1 C warm water
2 teaspoon lemon juice (fresh squeezed from organic lemons)
1/2 teaspoon Baja Gold Sea Salt
1 teaspoon honey
½ tsp of Turmeric

1 tsp Bragg's apple cider vinegar
Dash of black pepper


Evening Pm (30 minutes before bed):
1 C grapefruit juice (fresh squeezed, organic juice is best)
1/4 teaspoon cayenne (start with a pinch of cayenne and work up to the suggested
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (must be purchased from the Olive Oil Store-click here)
1/4- 1/2 tsp of Turmeric
Dash of black pepper
