The following oils are commonly associated with winter. It’s suggested that you smell and choose the oil that resonates with your spirit.
You can add other oils to your winter blend that will move and soothe the flow of “chi” in various parts of the body to help heal old emotional wounds and unresolved emotions that can block the healing of the body. Select an oil that is listed next to the emotion you’re experiencing.
Anger: Rose, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang
Anxiety: Sandalwood, Clove, Patchouli, Clary Sage
Bitterness: Lemon, Helichrysum
Compulsiveness: Bergamot, Clary Sage, Patchouli
Depression: Lemon, Chamomile, Bergamot, Grapefruit
Grief: Rose, Neroli, Bergamot
Indecision: Lavender, Lemon, Patouli, Grapefruit
Nightmares: Thyme, Frankincense, Lavender
Over Sensitivity: Chamomile, Pine, Jasmine
Overwhelmed: Eucalyptus, Frankincense

**3-5 oil blends work great and remember less drops work best, you can always add more. Select an oil you like the best and start with 5 drops, second best 3 drops and 3rd best 1 drop. If using a combo of 4 or more adjust accordingly (i.e 9, 7, 5, 3, 1).
