Tai Chi for Wellness: Classes for the Month of March 2017

      If you're interested in physical activity that promotes inner peace and relaxation, Tai Chi may be the perfect fit for you. Also known as meditation in motion, Tai Chi is an exercise for people of any age that can help maintain your flexibility, strength and balance. This ancient Chinese tradition places limited stress on muscles and joints, which is why it is considered a lifelong exercise. Not only does Tai Chi strengthen your muscles, it can improve overall control of the body, relieve symptoms of depression and anxiety, and reduce blood pressure and inflammation according to Medical News Today.

 

 

      Getting started on this path to healing is a breeze as it does not require any equipment or experience, just an open mind and comfy clothes that won't restrict motion. Below is a variety of Tai Chi for Wellness classes that will be instructed by Sheri Nicholson and Deidre Dwyer, certified Tai Chi instructors.  All classes are tailored to your individual needs and will be recurring throughout the month of March unless the schedule below says otherwise.
