Ginger - Apple - Turmeric Tea



  • 1.5 inch piece of fresh, sliced ginger

  • 1-2 sliced apples

  • 1.5 inch piece of fresh, sliced turmeric

  • 3-4 cinnamon sticks

  • 4 cups filtered water


Combine the above ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling turn off heat, strain and serve. The batch may be doubled and sipped on throughout the day. A small amount of local honey maybe added for taste.


Ginger and Turmeric, both known for their healing properties, combine together in this tea to create a fierce antioxidant combination.
